It depends on your earnings depend on two components:

• consultation price, which you set yourself
• number of consultations per month.

GoTherapy applies reverse progressive fees – the more you earn, the smaller percentage you pay for GoTherapy services. The easiest way to estimate your earnings is to use the calculator.

Additionally, if it fits your psychotherapy style, you can increase income from a specific client. When working with clients longer, additional discounts are provided to the GoTherapy fee from specific client income after working for six months or longer.

You must have documents confirming psychologist or psychotherapist education. Psychologist – psychology master's degree certificate; psychotherapist – postgraduate psychotherapy studies certificate.

If you are still studying in postgraduate studies and want to start consulting, you must provide your educational institution's document regarding permission to provide consultations.

Since you consult the client, the client pays you as a therapist. So that clients can pay in convenient ways for them (e-banking, cards, mobile payments), we collect your payments into our collection account and transfer them to you by the 10th of the next month.

In the future, we will also offer more frequent payouts of your clients' money, as well as more payment methods for clients.

We recalculate collected client payments and transfer them to you by the 10th of the next month. Along comes the invoice for GoTherapy services. So that you don't have to transfer payment for the invoice back to us, we deduct the invoice payment amount from the amount transferred to you.

Example. Let's say during the month you had 72 sessions, clients paid €50 per meeting, you earned €3600. At the end of the month, GoTherapy issued you an invoice for services, its amount €432 (12% of consultation amount). By the 10th you will receive €3168 in your account.

Of course! We believe that your uniqueness depends on how comfortably you can choose your work time. Therefore, we paid a lot of attention to managing your work time. In the regular weekly work schedule, you can divide separate times for in-person and remote consultations. We have a tool for irregular work schedules too. We claim that GoTherapy has the most flexible work time management system.

Of course, the price is set by you – the specialists! GoTherapy services – individual, couples, adolescent and child consultations can have different prices. Moreover, you can apply different prices to each group according to your guidelines, for example having different length sessions for couples, or offering clients a free introductory consultation and paid sessions. You set yourself how much you value your services and what you provide.

As much as you choose. GoTherapy does not have a mandatory work hour quota or required number of open times. Work as much as you want, when you want, how you want. Keep in mind that more consultations through GoTherapy means a smaller percentage paid for using GoTherapy services.

The majority of specialists work using a self-employment certificate. This means from earned income, you will have to pay personal income tax set by the State Tax Inspectorate. Those working through companies pay taxes belonging to companies. Important detail – taxes are paid on the entire client consultation amount.

It's simpler to present this with an example: you received 1000 EUR from clients, and issued invoices to clients for the same amount. Let's say you pay GoTherapy 20% of payments received from clients. This means the GoTherapy invoice amount is 200 EUR. When settling with you we transfer 800 EUR, from which 200 EUR GoTherapy service amount is already deducted. When paying taxes, 1000 EUR income and 200 EUR expenses are declared (if you count expenses).
