How does GoTherapy work for businesses?
GoTherapy lets companies compensate their employees' psychological consultations without complex contracts or long-term commitments. You set the compensation amount and pay only for the consultations your employees actually use.
Do we have to compensate the full price of a consultation?
No.
You decide what share of the consultation you compensate – it can be the full amount or only part of it. Even a small compensation can encourage employees to seek help more easily.
Do we pay for all employees?
No.
You pay only for the consultations your employees actually used. There are no monthly fees for employees who do not use the service.
Are employee consultations confidential? 🔒
Yes.
The company does not receive information about which employee attended a consultation, what topics were discussed, or any other sensitive information. Psychologists and psychotherapists are bound by professional ethics and a duty of confidentiality.
Can employees choose a specialist themselves?
Yes.
Each employee can independently choose the GoTherapy specialist that suits them best by specialisation, consultation method, city, language or price.
How is billing handled for the company?
GoTherapy invoices the company only for the consultations actually compensated, according to the chosen compensation model.
Can we set different compensation levels for different employee groups?
Yes. We can tailor the compensation model to your company's needs. Contact us and together we will find the most suitable solution.
Can there be multiple compensation plans?
Yes, GoTherapy supports multiple compensation plans.
For example, you could fully cover the first 4 sessions in a year, then compensate 50% for the next 4 sessions, and €10 for the following 10 sessions after that.
We are a small company. Is GoTherapy right for us too?
Yes.
GoTherapy works for small teams and large organisations alike. Since you pay only for the consultations used, you can take care of your employees' emotional wellbeing without large upfront investments or long-term commitments.
